I am a proud member of the American Board of Certified Haircolorists. I have Trained with Schwarzkopf, KMS, Oribe, and Vidal Sassoon, and currently working exclusively with Goldwell’s incredible hair color line.
I am a craft hairdresser…what does that mean to me?
I have spent the past two decades cultivating a career rich in knowledge regarding the art and science of hair and a passion for making others look and feel their best.
Having a business that grew organically out of a need to fill a void in our local hair community, I am now fortunate enough to have a platform to share the tools I have learned to utilize behind the chair with my guests and team at Studio Sage.
Keeping a current outlook on industry trends and best practices has been an important focus of mine, especially with the pace at which not only the beauty industry but the way in which we all do business as a whole evolves. My 20+ years in this incredible industry have given me not only a love for the art of hair but an appreciation of what it means to be a ‘small business owner’. Through the growth of our salon, I have realized a calling to mentor emerging stylists on how to more efficiently navigate building their ideal businesses. The joy and pride I experience in celebrating the growth and successes of our team has been the most rewarding part of my Sage journey.
I am also a wife and mother. I married my husband Andy in a magical New Year’s Eve celebration on the second anniversary of the night we met. Fast forward 3 years later and we are a blessed family of 4 with the addition of our two little miracles Vale and Conrad.
With extensive training in color theory, cutting, and styling, my service offerings range from routine hair maintenance to advanced corrective work. With every service at Studio Sage, we are delighted to offer you a selection of refreshments, including light snacks, chilled water, white or red wine, and local Florida-roasted Kahwa coffee and espresso, carefully brewed in the professional Jura coffee machine.
