I’m South Florida-raised and a 5-year resident of Jacksonville. I’m most identified by my curly hair and my inability to stop dancing when disco music comes on!
Starting as an apprentice, my journey at Studio Sage began almost 3 years ago. In my time as an apprentice, I was fortunate enough to work under and learn from my incredibly gifted, seasoned, and award-winning colleagues. I have also had the incredible opportunity to work on multiple national campaign photo shoots, where I get to explore an entirely different side of the industry. I feel that being involved in the two worlds, both behind the chair and in the studio allows me to stay on top of trends, and keep my artistic eye sharp and my creative wheels turning.
Growing up, I didn’t always know I wanted to be a stylist. However, I have always known that whatever I did, needed to be creative and something where I could leave people better than I found them. Which is what ultimately lead me here to you!
I have always had an inquisitive sense of wonder about the world. I like to find beauty in all things big and small. A romantic, if you will. One of the best things about being a stylist is working to help my clients find the beauty they have within and bring that to the surface through hair. Hair isn’t just an appendage. It’s a statement. It’s a representation of who you know yourself to be and how you want to be conveyed. I don’t take that lightly and I take pride in helping my clients reach those goals. I believe that beauty can mean anything you interpret it as. Much like art, your image is your canvas, I can’t wait to collaborate with you to bring that vision to life!
I enjoy playing and creating with all hair texture types and have a special interest in dimensional blonding and curly styling.
